By accessing or using The Happy Mondays Co.'s Job Market Mastery Program (the "Program"), you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Program.
- Program Description
The Job Market Mastery Program is designed to help professionals land jobs by providing comprehensive guidance and resources. The program includes access to the program materials, group coaching sessions, and one-to-one support. Some program tiers include access to bonus materials and additional support.
- Registration and Payment
To access the Program, you must register and pay the specified fee. In case of a subscription, you can cancel at any time, and the cancellation will be effective at the end of the billing month. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
4. Access and Use
Upon registration and payment, you will receive access to the Program for the specified duration. You agree to use the Program only for its intended purpose and not to share your access with others. You may reschedule your 1:1 sessions up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the 1:1 support sessions might not be accommodated, and you will not be eligible for a refund.
5. Intellectual Property
All content provided in the Program, including but not limited to text, images, videos, and materials, is the intellectual property of The Happy Mondays Co. and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use the content for any purpose without prior written consent.
6. Privacy Policy
We collect and use your personal information in accordance with The Happy Mondays Co. Privacy Policy. By using the Program, you consent to such collection and use.
7. Disclaimers
The Program is provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of the Program's content.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, The Happy Mondays Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the Program.
9. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
